I would like to report that a team from several caving clubs in the UK was able to reach a sump at about 435m depth in the cave PT4, in the hills above Risan, Montenegro. This sump is still about 300m above sea level. PT4 has still many unexplored leads. The cave was originally found in 1999 by the Belgrade club SOB. It seems to be the only deep cave in the area with an active streamway, and the big question is, where does the water go to? We investigated many other draughting holes in the same area, but found nothing of any great depth.
